Sutter Health Plus Expands to the Bay Area
Great news for the Bay Area—we’ve received state regulatory approval to offer individual, family and employer group health plans in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco and San Mateo, and parts of Santa Clara effective Oct. 1, 2015.
The Sutter Health Plus network in the Bay Area includes 16 hospitals and campuses, dozens of conveniently located care centers, and nearly 3,600 physicians. Physician organizations include:
- Brown & Toland Physicians
- Mills-Peninsula Medical Group
- Palo Alto Medical Foundation
- Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation
- Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation
CaliforniaChoice will also offer Sutter Health Plus as an option to small group employers in the Bay Area effective Dec. 1, 2015.
