This summary has a more in-depth focus specific consumer market information than does their 2017 Health Plan Booklet. While the target audience is Certified Application Counselors and Agents, there is also some very useful information for consumers.
Valley Health Plan expands with new San Jose facility
On June 13th the Urgent Care clinic will open first for Downtown San Jose residents. You will be able to come here when illness or minor injuries happen outside of regular office hours. Other services will also be opening – laboratory, pharmacy and radiology – making it easier for you to get the tests and prescriptions you need.
