Valley Health Plan expands with new San Jose facility

Valley Health Plan of Santa Clara County

On June 13th the Urgent Care clinic will open first for Downtown San Jose residents. You will be able to come here when illness or minor injuries happen outside of regular office hours. Other services will also be opening – laboratory, pharmacy and radiology – making it easier for you to get the tests and prescriptions you need.

Over the summer months more services will open. Our excellent medical staff will provide primary care services for women, children and families.  Valley Health Center Downtown is committed to the health and well-being of our patients and our community.

VHC Downtown is a spacious three story healthcare facility offering convenient urgent and primary care services with 300 parking spaces for use by patients and their families. This beautiful state-of-the-art health care facility is located at 777 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose.

Urgent Care services officially open on Monday, June 13th. This new service will be available 7 days a week, 8 am to 10 pm. Also available onsite beginning on the 13th will be pharmacy, radiology (x-rays) and laboratory services. Other primary and specialty care services will open to patients throughout the summer.

Opening on June 13th:
Urgent Care  – open 7 days per week (8 AM – 10 PM)
Pharmacy
Radiology (x-ray and mammography)
Laboratory

Opening later this Summer:
Family Medicine
Pediatrics
Women’s Health
Internal Medicine
Pediatric and Adult specialties

Health education programs and classes will be also be provided in partnership with Gardner Health Services in our beautiful meeting rooms.
